Demonstrated ability with a track record of hands-on engineering management / leadership or program / project management in the FW/SW domain. Relevant proven experience in wireless modem Layer 1 / RF Software development and/or RF verification. Preferred Qualifications: Good understanding about the Development Lifecycle for embedded software / firmware. Good understanding about Development Lifecycle for embedded software. Knowledge of cellular modem baseband building blocks and software layers. Good understanding of RF transceiver and RF front end components control for cellular modems. Knowledge of RF Cellular major features, real-time requirements and associated challenges. Experience in wireless standards a significant plus (5G-NR/4G LTE/UMTS/GSM/CDMA). Ability to quickly establish and manage sophisticated multi-functional relationships in a dynamic engineering environment. Creative problem solver with ability to lead technical teams and multi-functional groups against plans. Excellent written and verbal communication skills at senior management level including strong presentation skills.
