Would you like to lead and scale a high-impact affiliate marketing channel as the Vice President, Affiliate Channel Manager in Card Acquisition Marketing—owning strategy and performance, driving partner growth through experimentation and measurement, delivering operational excellence, and developing and empowering a team with clear goals that raise the bar on planning, optimization, and reporting As the Vice President, Affiliate Channel Manager in Card Acquisition Marketing, you will own the affiliate channel strategy and performance, leading partner growth, experimentation, measurement, and operational excellence across premium travel and small business card verticals. You’ll collaborate closely across product, analytics, finance, risk, legal, compliance, technology, and creative to improve outcomes while managing risk. You’ll raise the bar on planning, optimization, and reporting. Job responsibilitiesLead the day-to-day and long-term strategy, development, and planning for the affiliate channelDrive partner planning, contracting, and campaign testing to expand and innovate the programTrack, analyze, and review channel performance to deliver clear insights and recommendationsDesign, launch, and optimize tests and pilots to improve efficiency, conversion, and channel contributionIdentify, evaluate, and implement new capabilities (including AI-driven optimization), publishers, and audience/data tacticsPartner cross-functionally to shape portfolio profitability analyses, investment decisions, and the growth roadmapPresent strategies, performance, insights, and recommendations to senior internal and external stakeholdersDefine requirements for new capabilities and influence the technology roadmap to enhance channel performanceImprove operational excellence through stronger processes, documentation, and ways of working across planning, execution, and reportingRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBachelor’s degree5+ years of experience in digital marketing and media, with a focus on affiliate marketing or partner marketingDemonstrated ability to lead channel strategy and deliver measurable growth against targetsStrong analytical skills, including performance measurement and test-and-learn optimizationProven partner management and negotiation experience (e.g., contracting, commercial terms, joint planning)Experience leading people, including developing goals, coaching, and performance managementStrong communication skills, including executive-ready storytelling and influencing across stakeholdersUnderstanding of regulated marketing environments and the ability to manage risk in channel executionPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience building or scaling affiliate programs with multiple publishers/partnersFamiliarity with AI-driven marketing optimization and advanced targeting approachesExperience partnering closely with legal, compliance, and risk teams in go-to-market workTrack record of improving marketing operations through new processes, tools, and documentationApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
