The ideal candidate will be able to: Work a variable schedule at least including Thursdays and Sundays in the evenings. Provide a great customer experience at our Manager's receptions.Have a positive and friendly attitude towards guests and team members! Responsibilities: Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience specialPrepare and serve beverages: Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipe standards, ensuring accuracy and satisfactionMaintain bar operations: Stock and organize bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and perishables, for seamless serviceProcess payments efficiently and accurately: Use the point-of-sale system to correctly handle cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchersMonitor product quality: Manage inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of all beverage-related itemsAddress guest concerns professionally: Manage situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect, ensuring a safe environmentComply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being Qualifications: What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
