Inside the Role This role serves as a key coordinator for the North America Strategy team, supporting strategic planning activities while leading employee engagement, culture, communication, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Working under the guidance of the Strategy Specialist and Business Strategy Manager, the role helps ensure strategy, culture, and employee experience priorities are effectively communicated, organized, and executed. This role is best suited for candidates who have supported employee engagement programs, coordinated cross-functional initiatives, prepared leadership materials, and managed recurring business operating routines. What You Drive at DTFS Culture & Employee Engagement (40%) • Coordinate and help lead execution of employee engagement and culture initiatives across DTFS North America. • Support development, communication, and continuous improvement of the DTFS Immersion Program. • Manage culture core team activities, including planning meetings, tracking follow up and actions, and maintaining deliverables. • Collect, organize, and summarize employee feedback, survey results, and engagement insights for leadership review. • Track budget and actuals related to culture events. • Prepare communications, presentations, and materials that support culture, engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. • Maintain culture and engagement calendars, roadmaps, action plans, and status reporting. • Track participation, outcomes, and follow-up actions associated with culture and engagement programs. Strategy Team Operations (30%) • Coordinate the Strategy team's operating cadence, including meeting preparation, agenda development, notes, action tracking, and follow-up activities. • Maintain strategy repositories, knowledge management resources, templates, and team collaboration tools. • Support management of recurring planning routines, reporting activities, and governance processes. • Organize and consolidate information from multiple stakeholders into clear and actionable materials. • Assist in maintaining strategy documentation, planning materials, and initiative records. Communications & Leadership Materials (20%) • Develop presentations, newsletters, intranet content, and communication materials that support strategic priorities and employee engagement efforts. • Create executive-ready summaries, visualizations, and meeting materials for leadership reviews and workshops. • Support preparation of content for town halls, leadership meetings, employee communications, and organizational updates. • Help ensure consistency in messaging across strategy, culture, and organizational initiatives. Organizational Effectiveness (10%) • Support initiatives focused on organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and cross-functional collaboration. • Track KPI’s/OPI’s and actions, milestones, and progress associated with employee engagement and organizational improvement initiatives. • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve communication, knowledge sharing, and employee participation across the organization. • Support special projects that contribute to DTFS North America's culture, engagement, and long-term strategic objectives. What You Bring to DTFS • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or 6 years related experience in lieu of degree. • 3+ years of experience supporting employee engagement, culture initiatives, business operations, strategy execution, or cross-functional program coordination. • Experience preparing presentations, concise summaries, status updates, communications, or leadership materials for management review. • Strong organization and follow-through. Able to manage details, deadlines, inputs, trackers, meeting notes, and open items without losing the thread. • Able to gather scattered input into concise summaries, slides, status updates, utilizing Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel, including clean formatting, tables, trackers, basic charts, and presentation support. • Demonstrated ability to coordinate across functions, build participation, organize stakeholder input, and keep employee communities engaged with limited direction. Exceptional Candidates Might Have • Experience in financial services, commercial vehicle finance, banking, leasing, fleet, dealer, or transportation-related businesses. • Experience supporting culture, engagement, employee listening, onboarding, learning, or immersion programs in a corporate environment. Conversational Spanish ability. • Experience using SharePoint, Teams, Planner, OneNote, or similar collaboration and knowledge-management tools to organize work, track progress, or manage team information. • Experience coordinating cross-functional work where priorities shift, inputs are incomplete, and stakeholders do not always respond on schedule. • Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to report results, visualize trends, or support business updates.
