Wireless Bluetooth Tools & Triage Software Engineer

Job description

Join us in the Core Bluetooth Software Engineering team and develop the next generation of Bluetooth tools, diagnostics, and automation! As a Bluetooth Tools Engineer, you'll be at the center of it all: building tools to analyze software bugs, identify trends and regressions, improve triage workflows, and automate testing. You'll work closely with CoreBluetooth and cross-functional engineering teams to improve software quality and the customer experience, while leveraging AI to build intelligent tools for unit testing and developer productivity. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: Strong software engineering, debugging, and automation skills Strong Python experience; C/C++ experience is a plus Familiarity with Bluetooth technologies, diagnostics, logs, and debugging workflows Experience building tools and automating workflows to improve engineering productivity Experience or interest in using AI/LLMs to build tools for automated testing and unit test generation Strong analytical skills with a passion for identifying trends, regressions, and opportunities for automation Strong cross-functional communication and relationship-building skills
