Job Description: The Director, Digital Receivables Product Team Lead will act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Receivables Product Capabilities, providing strategic insights and supporting decision making and program execution. This role will blend people management , business management, execution oversight, and transformation enablement—ensuring the Receivables Product Team operates efficiently, delivers against strategic priorities, and builds strong foundations for growth. The Team Lead will act as a " player/coach" , having overall responsibility for developing a comprehensive product delivery strategy to drive adoption of digital receivables products, and development of market leading order to cash solutions that reduces the cost and complexity of managing receivables and improves the DSO for our clients in the US and Canada. The Lead will manage the Digital Receivables team responsible for Bill Pay, Payment Aggregation, Consolidated and Integrated Receivables and Health Care Receivables. The Team Lead will play a critical role in establishing operating rhythms, coordinating across stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies, and enabling leadership to focus on strategic outcomes. The role requires a blend of strategic insight, operational expertise, and strong interpersonal skills to navigate the complexities of the Transaction Banking transformation landscape. Specific responsibilities include: Job Responsibilities: · Oversee and manage the Digital Receivables Product team, ensuring high performance and continuous development. · Act as an industry consultant by critically evaluating legacy processes and established practices, offering strategic insights into sector operations, and proactively challenging the status quo to drive innovation and operational efficiency. · Oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with program goals and timelines including establishing and managing internal product factory forums, reporting processes, and performance dashboards to track progress, risks, and benefits realization alongside the Transformation Office Delivery team · Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), using data-driven approaches to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement. · Anticipate and manage risks, ensuring timely escalation, issue resolution, and compliance with internal policies. · Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate client feedback into process improvements. · Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to offer relevant advice and solutions. · Lead meetings to understand customers’ needs and develop business relationships within client accounts. · Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform product development.
