JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Paralegal to serve as a key operational partner to senior members of our legal team. The ideal candidate is experienced with scaling governance and compliance functions at high-growth private companies and has expertise in board governance, global subsidiary management, securities compliance and building scalable legal infrastructure. While the role’s primary focus is corporate, the ideal candidate is a versatile self-starter who is comfortable pitching in across the broader legal team—including regulatory, litigation, and employment matters—as priorities require.
