Position Summary The Sr Analyst, Revenue Cycle Analytics ideal candidate is a self-starter, enjoys solving challenging problems, uses data to drive insights, and excels in a fast-paced environment. This role will require cross-team collaboration within Population Health and other corporate teams (Business Intelligence, Clinical Documentation and Coding, Quality and Managed Care Operations.) This role will report to the Executive Director of Revenue Cycle Operations and is an integral department within the Population Health Department of Oak Street Health. Core Responsibilities: • Supports one or more high-impact reporting initiatives spanning claims analysis, demographic data integrity and coding accuracy • Analyze data from the EMR software and/or internal databases to create meaningful reports • Identify trends that could lead to process improvements and review with management • Ability to succinctly summarize and synthesize large amounts of information • Capability to develop business cases, ROI analysis, and financial analysis • Demonstrate a collaborative working style, able to work cross functionally • Strong accountability and discipline against timelines and deliverables • Adaptable to changing procedures and a growing environment • Passion for excellence, willing to go the extra mile to achieve objectives and ensure consistently high-quality work product • Quick learner comfortable with a high level of ambiguity • Other duties, as assigned Required Qualifications • Possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to • 3-5 years’ Experience in health care revenue cycle and/or population health reporting of ICD-10 codes and HCC reporting • 2+ years of consulting or other applicable experience in healthcare / population health • Bachelor’s degree required • Basic understanding of Medicare and Medicare Advantage insurance plans • Analytical and data savvy; highly proficient with Microsoft Excel • Proficient Epic data reporting using Slicer Dicer, Workbench and Database query (such as SQL and/or Big Query) • Strong interpersonal skills that support effective stakeholder engagement • Strong written communication skills; highly proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint • US work authorization Preferred Qualifications • Knowledge of Epic Cogito, Clarity and Caboodle a plus • Use of Power Pivot experience is a plus Education • Bachelor’s degree required • CPC, CRC Certifications a plus Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
