Sr Program Controls Specialist

Job description

As a Senior Program Controls Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in the financial, scheduling, compliance, and operational control of projects from initial planning through installation, commissioning, and closeout. You will be responsible for maintaining visibility into project budgets, timelines, financial performance, risks, compliance, and overall project execution. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Field Service, Installation teams, Finance, subcontractors, customers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with Honeywell standards. You will also provide program controls support to installation and systems implementation activities, helping teams understand project requirements, milestones, financial commitments, and potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC Controls, Fire & Security, or other building systems experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have strong project controls and financial experience and understand how projects move through the complete lifecycle from planning and budgeting through installation, implementation, commissioning, customer acceptance, and closeout.
