Role Description The Software Quality Assurance Intern will support the testing and validation of Gyanis’ AI-powered education products to ensure reliable, high-quality user experiences. In this full-time remote role, the intern will assist in creating, reviewing, and executing test cases across web and mobile applications, documenting defects, and collaborating with developers and product teams to resolve issues. Daily activities include functional, regression, and exploratory testing, verifying bug fixes, and contributing to test reports and quality metrics. The intern will also help analyze user flows, identify potential edge cases, and suggest improvements to enhance product stability and performance. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-moving EdTech environment with opportunities to learn modern QA practices and tools. Qualifications Strong foundation in Software Quality and Software Quality Assurance, with an interest in testing digital products. Ability to design, maintain, and execute Test Cases aligned with product requirements and user scenarios. Excellent Analytical Skills for diagnosing issues, identifying root causes, and interpreting test results. Understanding of core Quality Assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with basic testing tools (e.g., issue trackers, test management tools) and concepts such as functional and regression testing. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clear documentation habits. Ability to work independently in a remote setup, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time effectively. Bonus: Exposure to automation testing, scripting, or AI/EdTech products is an advantage.
