In this role you will support Parsons Corporation's Global Security and Corporate Response programs by help protect employees, executives, facilities, and company assets worldwide. The position monitors emerging threats, assess potential impacts to Parsons personnel and business operations, coordinates security response activities, and provides timely security intelligence and recommendations to leadership. What You'll Be Doing: Monitor global security events and emerging threats that may impact Parsons personnel, facilities, travel, or operations. Conduct threat and risk assessments and provide actionable security recommendations to leadership. Support the Corporate Response Team during incidents, crises, emergencies, and significant global events. Develop and distribute security alerts, SITREPs, executive briefings, and other intelligence products. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including HR, Legal, Cybersecurity, Communications, and business units, during security matters. Support workplace violence prevention, threat assessment, and incident escalation activities. Assist with executive protection planning, travel risk support, and physical security programs, including access control and facility assessments. Maintain security documentation, response procedures, and plans while helping improve Parsons’ overall security posture. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Associate’s degree in security or related field Will consider candidates with 2+ years of experience in leu of degree Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing and report-writing experience. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and coordinate across diverse stakeholders. U.S. Person What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Experience in a global corporate security environment supporting personnel, facilities, and operations. Background in geopolitical analysis, executive protection, physical security, or crisis response. Experience supporting workplace violence prevention or threat assessment programs. Familiarity with travel security, access control systems, and facility security assessments. Experience preparing executive-level security briefings and reports.
