Job description

Create scalable communication processes to keep Product Management, User Experience Design, and Engineering teams informed. Define and enforce consistent execution methodologies, transitioning the team from reactive tracking to a predictable delivery lifecycle. Leverage organizational gravitas to lead high-stakes negotiations with executive stakeholders across Google One, Cloud, Drive, and core Gemini teams. Negotiate shared infrastructure and unblocking engineering teams from external dependencies. Take full ownership of the execution, tracking, and risk mitigation for the comprehensive Flow roadmap. Act as the single source of truth for launch timings, cross-functional resource reallocation, and resolving complex cross-area blockers. Manage and support the existing team of TPgMs. Serve as a individual contributor to load-balance and provide immediate leadership across currently unstaffed critical domains such as growth and onboarding, and core product protecting top-line business and user growth goals. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in program management. 7 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports. Experience with artificial intelligence/machine learning projects, tools, or infrastructure. Preferred Qualifications: 10 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects. 8 years of experience leading massive, cross-functional programs from conception to deployment, typically spanning multiple distinct product areas or backend systems. Expertise in establishing success metrics (OKRs), leveraging data analysis for resource stewardship, and developing technical roadmaps for multi-quarter initiatives. Extensive background in software engineering, distributed systems, network architecture, or cloud computing platforms to credibly challenge engineering decisions and identify system design risks.
