Job description

Lead, manage core work streams across centrally and partner-developed agents, capability roadmaps, quality loops, and multi-surface entry points including support. Guide technical standards across agent development, identity, emerging protocols (Skills, MCP, A2A), and seamless integration with Agent Cloud and Gemini Enterprise. Lead cross-organizational contributions spanning agent frameworks, evaluation suites, Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools, and first-party/third-party (1P/3P) product entry points. Distill complex execution into executive reporting, mitigating risks while shaping go-to-market strategies and managing architectural migrations and deprecations. Execute the technical vision and roadmap for Cloud autonomous agents, aligning and adopting bleeding-edge infrastructure architectures. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in program management. Experience working with Cloud infrastructure, API design, system architecture, and software development lifecycles. Preferred Qualifications: 10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience with generative AI, including Agent Assist, evaluations, and AI agent frameworks. Experience creating executive-level reports and presenting technical program status to leadership. Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority to drive technical strategies. Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and manage change effectively.
