We are seeking a Program Manager – Landing Gear Miami Commercial to lead key aftermarket programs focused on Piece Part Repair and A350 overhaul readiness, including the A350 overhaul sampling program. This role will have significant responsibility for program strategy, customer relationships, financial and operational performance, and cross-functional execution. The Program Manager will work across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and customers to ensure program commitments are achieved while positioning the business for future A350 overhaul demand and growth. What You Will Do • Lead assigned commercial programs, including the Piece Part Repair portfolio and A350 overhaul sampling program, developing and executing strategic plans aligned with customer and business objectives • Drive A350 overhaul readiness by coordinating cross-functional activities related to capacity, capability, material, tooling, processes, and suppliers; identify gaps and lead actions to ensure readiness for future overhaul demand • Own customer and supplier relationships, serving as a key interface for program performance, forecasts, schedules, delivery commitments, commercial issues, escalations and recovery plans while driving customer satisfaction • Manage program financial and operational performance, including sales, EBIT, OTD, WIP, quality, inventory, rotables, and other applicable KPIs.
