Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science or related field. Experience and/or education must include: Performing Statistical Process Controls for understanding different variables in the manufacturing process. Conducting Design of Experiments to select the most optimal solution for a given problem. Performing Failure Modes and Effect Analysis for understanding the risks in the design and process affecting the overall reliability of the product. Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Use DMAIC processes to optimize current workflows in the manufacturing site. Assist in training production staff in new processes and equipment. Drive and participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) engagement with cross-functional partners to meet product quality and cost goals. Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to support consistent manufacturing processes. Preferred Qualifications: N/A
