Job description

Take incentive designs from Design Leads (including Google Cloud Platform, Google Workspace, Google Enterprise, and Security) and operationalize them into publishing and enablement for both internal (Google Cloud) and external (partner) execution. Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions, webinars, and office hours to educate internal Google Cloud field teams (Sellers, Partner Development Managers) and external partners on program mechanics, eligibility, and expected outcomes. Ensure incentive launches are tailored and clearly communicated across all customer segments—from high-touch Enterprise down to high-velocity Corporate and Small and Medium Business channels. Document post-launch friction points, system bottlenecks, or unexpected policy ambiguities, driving rapid-response solutions with internal Engineering and Compliance stakeholders. Build early-stage dashboards and track onboarding metrics, adoption velocity, and field feedback to measure the immediate success of program launches. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program or project management. 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with modern PRM (Partner Relationship Management) software, Salesforce (Vector), and partner portals. Strong familiarity with cloud partner incentive mechanics (e.g., MDF, partner services funds, consumption-based rebates, training/deployment vouchers). Proven ability to build trusted-advisor relationships across cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, legal, operations, engineering) without direct authority. Strong project management and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple launch timelines simultaneously in a changing environment. Outstanding writing and presentation skills, with a proven ability to synthesize complex system processes and legal terms into clean, compelling enablement resources.
