We are looking for a talented Senior Cost Analyst to join our Cummins Inc. team in Shoreview, MN. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Conduct complex cost analyses that strengthen operational decision‑making. - Evaluate cost variances and recommend data‑driven corrective actions. - Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve financial performance and inventory accuracy. - Lead inventory accounting activities, including physical inventory oversight and valuation reviews. - Support new product and Value Package Introduction initiatives with robust cost insights. - Prepare strategic financial analyses and present recommendations to leadership. - Enhance cost standards and reactive cost processes to improve transparency and accuracy. - Mentor and coach junior analysts to elevate team capability.
