Required Qualifications Demonstrated professional experience across most or all of the skill areas listed above Proven, demonstrable proficiency in AI-assisted software development — candidates must be able to show specific examples (code samples, case studies, or a portfolio) of using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) to design, build, debug, or optimize solutions Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for the Business Analysis component Preferred Qualifications Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft/Azure or AWS DevOps certifications) Experience mentoring or supporting less senior developers on lower-proficiency tasks (e.g., Application Monitoring)
