This position reports into the Clinical Sciences Partnership CoE within the Clinical Sciences Product Office & Technology in Strategic Operations organization. The Strategic Operations organization works collaboratively and strategically with colleagues across the product lifecycle to identify, evaluate, understand and communicate the safety profile of our drugs to protect patients worldwide. The Clinical Sciences Partnership CoE is a high-profile high-impact team that leads and owns safety decisions and strategy across the product lifecycle. The team partners with stakeholders across the product lifecycle to provide innovative safety-driven strategies, which will maximize product benefit-risk for patients. The Clinical Sciences Partnership CoE plays a critical role, working collaboratively and strategically with colleagues across AbbVie who engage with PV partners performing activities that have the potential of identifying or handling safety information related to an AbbVie product The Analyst performs monitoring activities related to systems and contractual obligations. The Analyst has the primary function to provide Affiliate and program oversight including but not limited to data entry, quality checks of inventory entries, monitoring adherence to contractual obligations, and monitoring affiliate adherence to policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Manages data entry and ensures its accuracy, generates reports in support of monthly metrics and audit/inspection requests, communicates information related to training plans and resolves tracking record issues. Responsible for working with cross function teams on process improvement activities Play a critical role in ensuring excellent health of the PV Partnerships by developing key performance indicators in addition to analyzing and distributing metrics. Trains internal and external partnerships on PV Agreement terms including but not limited to: Service Provider Training, On-boarding, and Annual Training. Manage group mailboxes and distributes safety/quality related questions received to internal stakeholders. Provide training for new team members as necessary. Provide Affiliate guidance related to monitoring activities, as needed. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required; Science degree is preferred but not required. At least 2 years of related industry experience, Pharmaceutical experience is highly preferred Must have attention to detail along with an understanding of the quality/compliance environment. Background in measurement, analytics and data analysis. Demonstrated strong communication skills, written and verbal. The ability to manage internal and external relationships is a key success factor for this position.
