Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Cummins Inc. team. The position will have the ability to work remotely in the United States, traveling approximately 10-15% of the time. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance Talent Acquisition processes, operational efficiency, and compliance across the region. - Partner with HR, business leaders, and global stakeholders to implement scalable solutions that improve hiring outcomes and candidate experiences. - Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts to identify operational gaps and implement sustainable corrective actions. - Influence process adherence through data-driven insights, performance monitoring, and proactive risk mitigation strategies. - Support the successful adoption of process and technology enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global standards.
