As a Junior Project Controller, you will work alongside project managers, technical professionals, and business teams to support project performance from initiation through completion. This is an exciting opportunity to build a strong foundation in project controls while contributing to projects that shape communities, infrastructure, and the future.Your Impact- Support project teams with budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting. - Monitor project performance metrics and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability. - Assist project managers with project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination. - Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and dashboards. - Collaborate with finance and operational teams to ensure project data integrity and compliance. - Analyze project costs and trends to support informed decision-making. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project delivery processes. - Build relationships across multidisciplinary teams while developing your project management and business acumen. The Skills That Set You Apart- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline. - Up to 2 years of experience in project coordination, project controls, finance, accounting, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. - Experience using Microsoft Excel and other business reporting tools. - Ability to interpret financial information and communicate findings effectively. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with a customer-focused mindset. - Eagerness to learn project delivery principles, financial management, and consulting business operations.
