Job description
Provide operational support for real estate transactions (leases, agreements, contracts). This includes assisting in the assembly and preliminary review of draft documents, coordinating redlines with Legal and Finance partners, and managing the official execution and filing of final documentation. Maintain and update the global transaction tracker, ensuring all key agreement stages, milestones, and critical dates are current. Monitor deadlines and assist the team in ensuring the timely development of capacity delivery. Conduct basic research to gather market data, pricing information, and engaged reports. Accurately input transaction-specific and financial data into tracking systems and simple financial models to support ongoing analysis. Assist in preparing internal presentations and business case summaries by formatting data and creating slides. Schedule meetings and manage communication logistics to ensure coordination between the agreement team and internal partners (e.g., Technical Infrastructure, Energy). Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 4 years of experience managing projects or supporting the planning and development of business agreements. 4 years of experience in a commercial, operations, or administrative support role (relevant internships are acceptable). Experience in financial modeling using spreadsheets (e.g., spreadsheet software/Sheets) and financial concepts (e.g., ROI, NPV). Preferred Qualifications: Experience or coursework supporting commercial real estate transactions, contracts, or project execution. Experience in tracking and reporting on key metrics and project deadlines. Knowledge of data center technology, power distribution, or infrastructure. Ability to be organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to operate in a changing, global environment. Familiarity with legal or business contract terminology, document management, or redlining processes.
