Production Supervisor

Job description

POSITION SUMMARY The 1st shift supervisor is responsible for management function relating to manufacturing operations and material movements through the plant to service customer requirements. The supervisor integrates the functions of production control, workforce planning, materials transactions, supervision of the workforce and trouble-shooting production issues. The supervisor will drive performance in both manufacturing and 1st pass yield to satisfy customer demand. Daily report outs will be required between the 1st shift supervisors and the 2nd shift supervisor.
