Contract Administrator – JLL What this job involves: As a Contract Administrator, you will serve as the backbone of supplier relationship management for JLL and our clients. This virtual role centers on administering contracts, ensuring procurement standards are maintained across the portfolio, and managing Certificate of Insurance (COI) compliance. You'll work at the intersection of operations, sourcing, legal, and risk management—using tools like Jagger (Bravo), Aravo, Blaze, and Smartsheet to maintain data integrity and drive process excellence. Your work directly supports seamless client operations and strengthens JLL's ability to deliver transformative real estate solutions. What your day-to-day will look like: Oversee and maintain central contract databases (Jagger, Aravo, Blaze, Smartsheet) to ensure data integrity and compliance with JLL and client requirements Administer supplier onboarding processes, including contracts, amendments, task orders, COIs, and system setup in Blaze Address Book and Corrigo Audit and report on Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for assigned accounts, ensuring all documentation meets contractual and risk management standards Coordinate with JLL Corporate Legal and Risk Management to review, approve, and implement contract terms, amendments, and policy changes Manage transition plans for local and regional contracts, communicating changes to suppliers and operations teams while tracking all correspondence and authorizations Respond to contract-related inquiries from client and JLL teams, providing guidance on procurement processes and resolving issues proactively Conduct supplier performance reviews, manage scorecards, and ensure contract compliance and service obligations are met Required Qualifications: Proven experience in contract administration, procurement, or supplier management within corporate or real estate environments Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management, including drafting, reviewing, and administering amendments and task orders Proficiency with contract management systems and tools (experience with Jagger, Aravo, Blaze, Smartsheet, or Corrigo preferred) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field Experience supporting multi-site or portfolio-level contract management in facility management or commercial real estate Familiarity with Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and client-specific procurement policies Background in developing and implementing process improvements for contracting and sourcing functions Experience conducting supplier performance reviews and managing vendor scorecards Knowledge of compliance auditing and risk management best practices Demonstrated ability to manage large volumes of data with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Understanding of Certificate of Insurance (COI) requirements and compliance standards Location: Remote At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way — for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees. Estimated compensation for this position: 65,000.00 – 75,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
