As a Business Analyst Senior within PNC's Retail Banking Operations - Debit Card organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. Other locations may be considered within PNC’s footprint based on experience. The scope of Retail Bank Operations is impressively broad and encompasses a wide range of critical functions. These include managing the cash needs for our branch and ATM networks, printing and mailing important bank documents, and handling both inbound and outbound collections for home lending, automobile, and card services. Additionally, Retail Bank Operations focuses on loan mitigation and investor operations, developing process improvement and automation opportunities, overseeing the daily processing of cash and check deposits, bill payments, and executes strategic quality management functions. You will gain hands on experience implementing projects to improve the debit card experience. Successful candidates will have experience working in the debit card industry and be a self-starter. The role will entail aspects of product and project management. Some nights and weekends will be required. Research: Study and resolve customer pain points and trends. Problem-solving: Ability to break down operational challenges into actionable steps. Write requirements: Outline clear Agile user stories and product specifications for development. Coordinate teams: Work daily with teammates, vendors, and stakeholders to drive project execution. Execute operational support: Execute procedures and controls to support operational soundness. Job Description • Directs in the research, discovery, collection and interpretation of business requirements, and participates in the development and review of processes and procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting. • Provides consultation to clients on business designs, problem solving and business analysis to support project management. Develops and maintains of all applicable policy and procedure documentation. • Independently obtains and identifies the business requirements needed to carry out and improve applicable business processes. Provides expertise and problem-solving for clients and technology teams throughout the business analysis process. • Translates business needs, processes and/or procedures by partnering with applicable experts and business stakeholders to determine and articulate needs. May communicate with stakeholders and technology teams on moderately complex business requirements, provides gap analysis and facilitates future business process modeling for clients. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
