Job description

ADVANCE YOUR CAREER. ADVANCE THE WORLD. At AMD, we believe technology has the power to solve the world’s most important challenges. From advancing healthcare and scientific discovery to powering AI and the technologies people rely on every day, innovation at AMD is shaping the future. Whether you’re designing next-gen processors, enabling AI breakthroughs, or bringing leading edge products to market, every role at AMD contributes to something bigger — technology that moves the world forward. Join us and, together, we’ll advance your career. Enterprise AI Product Manager The Role The Senior Enterprise AI Partner & Product Manager is a senior individual contributor, and strategic architect of AMD's enterprise AI solutions portfolio. This role operates across two interconnected mandates — and owns both with full accountability. The first is to build and lead AMD's ISV partnership ecosystem strategy: recruiting, developing, and scaling relationships with enterprise AI software vendors whose products, when validated within OEM and OSV environments and on AMD silicon, give Fortune 5000 enterprises a rich, certified portfolio of AI solutions — deployable on-premises or in the cloud. The second is to own the product vision, business case, multi-year roadmap, and full lifecycle management of AMD's AI appliance portfolio ( appliance eg: Instinct Coder) — from identifying the enterprise pain points that justify a new appliance concept through technical validation, TCO modeling, launch, and channel enablement. The result is enterprise AI delivered two ways: as plug-and-play AI appliances for enterprises that want speed and simplicity, and as validated, partner-integrated stacks — AMD hardware with ISV software, tested within OEM and OSV ecosystems — for enterprises that want architectural flexibility and control. Beyond these two mandates, this role provides with full ownership, representing AMD at the executive level, and building the team's capability and processes to scale. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role with direct exposure at the CVP level across AMD's Enterprise Business Group and Enterprise AI organization. The Person You have spent 6–10 years at the intersection of enterprise technology and strategic partnerships, and you understand both sides of the table. You know how AI software gets built, validated, and deployed at scale inside large enterprises — the stack decisions, the integration complexity, the procurement dynamics, and the TCO calculus that drives buying decisions. You have built partnerships that produced real business outcomes, not just signed agreements. You have owned a product from idea through market and know what it takes to bring engineering, sales, partners, and customers into alignment. You operate with executive presence and engineering credibility in equal measure, and you take full ownership of programs — including when things get hard. Key Responsibilities AI Appliance Product Vision & Lifecycle Ownership Identify unmet enterprise AI pain points and formulate new appliance concepts — defining the right hardware and software configuration, target use cases, and TCO value proposition for Fortune 5000 buyers across verticals. Own the complete product lifecycle for AMD's AI appliance portfolio: from inception and market validation through technical development, business case construction, multi-year roadmap ownership, launch, GTM execution, channel enablement, and post-launch growth. Build and maintain the business case and multi-year roadmap for AMD's AI appliance portfolio — incorporating competitive positioning, market sizing, enterprise buyer requirements, partner economics, and ROI/TCO modeling. Lead channel enablement for AI appliances — pricing strategy, BOM ownership, route-to-market playbooks, partner training, and co-sell execution with WWT, Arrow, and other channel partners. Enterprise AI ISV Partnership Strategy Own AMD's most strategic ISV relationships end-to-end — from executive engagement and joint business planning through co-sell execution, solution certification, and marketing co-investment. Lead the strategy for AMD's ISV ecosystem: defining which software partners, in which verticals, with which integrations on AMD silicon, unlock the highest value for enterprise customers — and building the program to recruit, develop, and scale those partnerships. Validate ISV software within OEM and OSV ecosystems and on AMD silicon (MI300X, MI325x, MI350) at a strategic level — working with engineering and FAE teams to ensure the ISV portfolio is certified, current, and commercially ready. Establish ISV qualification, certification, and onboarding frameworks; define the standards and processes the broader team executes against. Drive EBRs, QBRs, and joint strategic planning sessions with senior ISV stakeholders at product, engineering, and C-suite levels. Program Leadership & Deputy Function Serve as program deputy — running the partnership program with full ownership, representing AMD in executive partner and customer meetings, and making autonomous decisions on partnership priorities and escalations. Build team process, playbooks, and capability to scale across new partners and new verticals. Own the ISV program metrics and executive reporting: health scoring, milestone tracking, pipeline contribution, and business impact. Drive cross-functional alignment across AMD product management, engineering, marketing, sales, finance, and legal to accelerate partner integrations and joint market launches. Own budget planning and allocation for the ISV partnerships and AI appliance program — including annual operating plan (AOP) inputs, partner investment decisions, MDF allocation, and ROI tracking across the portfolio. Joint GTM & Market Development Build and execute joint go-to-market programs with ISV and OEM/Channel partners: co-branded campaigns, joint solution launches, press and analyst engagement, conference presence, and executive briefings
