Job description

Advise C-suite and VP+ stakeholders on AI transformation, building and operationalizing the customer’s end-to-end AI and services strategy. Establish and lead the program operating model and governance structure, driving change management and platform adoption to ensure realized value. Orchestrate complex, multi-disciplinary programs spanning global offices, coordinating cross-functional resources across Google Cloud and partner teams. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and roadmaps to align stakeholder expectations, coordinate resources, and track progress toward business outcomes. Execute comprehensive risk management, assess mitigation activities, and enforce process compliance to optimize project delivery. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 20 years of experience in a customer-facing role within management consulting, enterprise technology, or professional services (including 10 years in program management). Experience leading enterprise cloud/digital transformation programs and building relationships with C-suite stakeholders. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to customer sites as required. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field. Program Management certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP) or equivalent enterprise technology experience. Experience orchestrating large, multi-workstream programs involving customers, partners, and internal teams within a matrixed, global organization. Experience building business transformation journeys, performing outcome-based data analysis, and articulating explicit technology ROI to executive stakeholders. Knowledge of the Google Cloud ecosystem, enterprise AI/ML landscape, and experience driving enterprise agentic transformation.
