JLL - Global Technical Services Operations Lead (M3) Location: Flexible, Nashville client HQ ideally Work Schedule: Remote (Hybrid preferred in Nashville), M-F 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CT Travel Requirements: 25%+ domestic & international Reports to: Global Technical Services Director Estimated base salary range: $133,100 - $199,300 What this job involves: The Global Technical Services Operations Lead will oversee regional engineering teams worldwide, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with Oracle contract requirements. This role requires deep technical expertise combined with strategic operational management to drive performance against established KPIs and service delivery standards. What your day-to-day will look like: Engineering & Operations Management • Lead global engineering operations across Americas, EMEA, LAD, and JAPAC regions, managing technical service delivery for Oracle's portfolio • Oversee Building and Technical Services teams responsible for mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and critical infrastructure systems • Ensure compliance with all statutory, building code, fire, and safety requirements while maintaining comprehensive safety and technical training programs • Support the management of 24/7 on-site coverage requirements and emergency response procedures across all regions KPI Performance & Service Quality • Drive achievement of Core KPI targets • Monitor and report monthly and quarterly performance metrics through Oracle's governance framework • Implement root cause analysis and remedial action plans when KPIs are not met Technical Excellence & Innovation • Maintain expertise in building infrastructure systems including chillers, boilers, HVAC, electrical distribution, UPS systems, generators, and critical process equipment • Ensure proper commissioning, testing, and documentation of all MEP systems • Propose technology upgrades and modernization projects with ROI analysis and business case justification • Implement Water Safety Management Plans and environmental compliance programs Team Development & Training • Develop, implement, and maintain employee training programs to improve skill levels and accommodate new technical requirements • Ensure staff stays current with Oracle systems, policies, and all governing laws and regulations • Collaborate with Oracle's Global Process Owners on training initiatives • Maintain documented training completion records and certifications Governance & Reporting • Provide meaningful monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date operational reports highlighting performance against KPIs • Deliver self-performance assessments and summaries of value-add contributions • Participate in monthly and quarterly business review meetings presenting performance metrics across all facilities • Maintain all records and reports in Oracle's CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) • Minimum 10+ years senior-level IFM hard service delivery management • Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-site regional technical operations • Experience with preventive maintenance programs, asset management, and life cycle planning • Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party service providers • Track record of achieving and exceeding service level agreements and KPI targets • Deep knowledge of MEP systems, building automation, critical infrastructure, and life safety systems • Strong understanding of CMMS platforms and facilities management technology systems • Knowledge of OSHA, environmental regulations, and building codes across multiple jurisdictions • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing technical teams across diverse geographies • Strong project management skills with ability to oversee multiple concurrent initiatives • Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical information to executive stakeholders • Ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions • Strong financial acumen with experience managing operational budgets and capital programs Preferred Qualifications: • Advanced degree (Master's or higher in Engineering or related field) • Global experience (working across multiple international regions) • Professional engineering license (PE) • Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) Please submit your application with an updated resume, location, and contact information. Estimated compensation for this position: 133,100.00 – 199,300.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
