As a Senior Product Associate in Service Product Group, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success. Job responsibilities Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discoveryConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceSupports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customersAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycleWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product developmentCollaborates with scrum team(s) on a daily basis to execute the product roadmapWorks with other product teams, legal, risk, operations, design, and technology teams to define, prioritize, deliver, and align solutions to product vision and roadmap Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionDeveloping knowledge of data analytics and data literacyStrong Agile project management experience, including use of agile project management tools (i.e., Confluence, JIRA, etc.)Excellent skills in communicating ideas, both written and verbalAttention to detail and ability to manage continuously shifting business prioritiesBe self-motivated and confident in ambiguous circumstancesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Agile/Scrum/PO certificationsExperience working with globally distributed scrum teams
