As a Lead Administrative Assistant here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. You will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks that support our executive team and overall office operations. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities will be essential in maintaining an efficient and productive work environment. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our executive team and office operations. Your contributions will help streamline processes, enhance communication, and support the overall success of our organization. You will report directly to our Leadership Team and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on Hybrid work schedule. Job Posting Date: August 19, 2026 Qualifications: YOU MUST HAVE 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.Strong organizational and time management skills. WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
