Minimum Qualifications: BS in STEM field (e.g. EE, ME, Physics, etc.) and +10 years relevant experience Engineering experience in a hardware development environment - Product development, engineering, or program management experience shipping semiconductor, sensing technologies, or hardware systems in any field Curiosity about and familiarity with AI tools, with interest in applying them to improve engineering and program workflows Ability and willingness to travel internationally (typically once per year; accommodations available as needed) Preferred Qualifications: Advanced engineering degree Experience in consumer electronics Proven ability to lead and inspire multi-functional teams (e.g., Electrical, Algorithms, Process and Test Engineering), fostering collaboration by understanding diverse capabilities and priorities to deliver pioneering sensing solutions Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to distill complex technical data for the right audience and drive clear decision-making Thrives in ambiguity and rapid development cycles — self-motivated and proactive, with the creative and critical-thinking skills to navigate undefined problems, remaining calm and flexible as challenges emerge
