What you’ll do Reporting to the Manager, Paid Social, the Specialist, Paid Social will provide day-to-day technical and analytical support with a key focus on campaign trafficking, reporting, analytics and coordinating other digital campaign-specific tasks for Canadian Tire’s In-House Digital Media agency (CTDi). Manage the day-to-day implementation of paid social media campaigns across multiple social media buying platforms including set-up, monitoring and optimization Facilitate and maintain regular check-ins with internal and external partners to guide and oversee performance, pacing and general campaign management Assist in troubleshooting campaign delivery and pacing issues; support the team in addressing immediate issues Provide recommendations on tactics, audiences, placements and pacing for social marketing campaigns Responsibility for weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required What you bring 1-2 years hands-on experience Social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc) Strong understanding of Dynamic Ads and Product Catalog requirements. Understanding of data management platforms. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, notably Microsoft Excel. Problem solver with the ability to analyze and prioritize to meet business objectives We're always looking for great talent! Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
