Lead Group Product Manager, Cloud SQL

Job description

Define and execute the roadmap and strategy for Cloud SQL platform across multiple product areas. Influence cross-product area strategy and define holistic and long-term strategy across all aspects of the product's success. Lead and coach a team of Product Managers, to define roadmap for individual areas, foster collaboration and healthy team environment to deliver results. Partner closely with adjacent product areas and identify opportunities for better portfolio level integrations and go-to-market strategies. Collaborate closely with the various engine product management leads to drive growth of the business. Synthesize data and present at business reviews to executives. Deliver profound product/project impact through complex and large in scope strategic investments owned by their team. Leverage Google's powerful AI capabilities to improve product capabilities and improve organizational effectiveness by driving adoption of AI tools and best practices.
