The Product Analytics & Experimentation team supports a data-driven, results-focused product organization. We are looking for a Lead who thrives at the intersection of product analytics, data science, product development, and business strategy, who will bring a strong combination of technical expertise, analytical rigor, and product background. Responsibilities Partner with the Senior Manager of Product Analytics to optimize acquisition product experiences, providing a data-driven, objective perspective that aligns cross-functional teams on performance against key goals. Execute against an acquisition analytics and experimentation roadmap for Commerce Product & Growth teams, ensuring insights drive meaningful improvements. Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and build scalable self-service solutions for stakeholders Develop and maintain reliable, high-performance data pipelines in Databricks in collaboration with Data Engineering. Foster a culture of inclusion, empathy, analytical rigor, and teamwork, while driving the company's success. Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent professional experience 4+ years of experience working with analytics engineering and product analytics stack (e.g. Databricks, BigQuery, Tableau, Looker, Airflow, etc.) 4+ years of applied experience in acquisition, subscriptions, direct to consumer or media entertainment. Familiarity with data challenges specific to subscription and user behavior analytics. Experience using AI-enabled tools to streamline work, solve problems, or create efficiencies Experience performing analysis with large time series datasets. Experience in defining data collection and measurement requirements. Desired Characteristics Prioritizes accuracy and quality, ensuring reliable, error-free results. Additional Requirements Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
