The Associate Director, Non-Labor Opex Global Process Owner is role that owns the Commercial organizations end-to-end non-headcount integrated opex planning and reporting process. This role serves as Commercial's Departmental Spend/ RPM Lead on the EPM program, translating Commercial's opex requirements into Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) design, build, and cutover decisions, including how AI-enabled automation and anomaly detection are incorporated into the opex platform. This role reports to the Executive Director, Commercial Finance Digital Strategy, who will work closely with you as you stand up this process and platform. Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Own non-headcount Commercial opex process design and KPIs, partnering with Business Owners, EPM Leads, Data & Process SMEs, BI&T, and the EPM Business Integrator. Lead the redesign of integrated opex planning, including evaluating supporting technology options on the EPM platform, with a specific eye toward AI-enabled automation and anomaly detection for non-labor spend. Serve as Commercial's Departmental Spend / RPM Lead on the EPM program, documenting detailed functional and technical requirements for the Business Integrator to build against. Support system configuration and build activities for the opex workstream by clarifying requirements and business context with the EPM Business Integrator. Help prepare and coordinate test scripts, validate outputs, and log/track defects with the Business Integrator through resolution. Support data validation and migration activities, helping confirm opex data is clean, complete, and ready for the new EPM platform. Act as a change champion, helping Commercial colleagues understand and adopt new opex planning tools and processes. Bring enterprise thinking to day-to-day work, flagging where an opex decision may affect the GBO data model, reporting strategy, or another function. Stay dynamic and adaptable, adjusting quickly to new information or shifting priorities in a program without an established playbook. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Minimum education of a BS/BA is required; MBA is preferred, CPA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred. Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant Finance, FP&A, or opex/planning experience is required. Familiarity with financial planning tools and/or prior exposure to a system implementation project, ideally working alongside a systems/business integrator. Strong analytical and organizational skills; comfortable synthesizing input from multiple stakeholders. Exposure to AI/ML-enabled planning, forecasting, or automation tools a plus. Ability to work seamlessly with diverse teams and departments, sharing insights and building strong partnerships to achieve organizational objectives. Leveraging digital tools and technologies, including OneStream and its embedded AI-enabled automation and anomaly-detection capabilities. Compensation Overview: Madison - Giralda - NJ - US: $162,860 - $197,348 Princeton - NJ - US: $162,860 - $197,348 The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience.
