We are seeking a Logistics Professional to oversee outbound customer order activity at our Third-Party Logistics (3PL) site in Manchester, New Hampshire. In this role, you will ensure customer orders are processed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with all contractual and government requirements. You will work closely with the 3PL supplier and internal Raytheon stakeholders to drive performance, resolve issues, and improve logistics execution of customer orders. What You Will Do • Oversee 3PL execution of outbound customer orders, ensuring timely and compliant processing. • Act as the primary liaison between the 3PL supplier and Raytheon program offices. • Ensure compliance with contractual shipment requirements, including DD‑250, U.S. Government, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) orders. • Analyze operational performance through KPI reviews, data analysis, and process evaluations; work with the 3PL to drive corrective actions. • Collaborate daily with onsite Raytheon logistics teams, including Property Management, Inventory Compliance, and Supplier Quality. • Identify operational gaps, develop solutions, and implement process improvements. • Perform transactional logistics tasks as needed to support key outbound activities. Qualifications You Must Have • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience. • Leadership or supervisory experience. • Experience in program operations, warehouse logistics, or Third-Party Logistics environments. Qualifications We Prefer • Experience managing customer sales order processes from preparation to final delivery. • Experience with DFARS, DD‑250/WAAF, U.S. Government, FMS, and DCS processes. • System experience with Special Program Access, PIEE, SIR, WAAF, ALCS, and Office 365. • Project leadership experience within defense, manufacturing, or supply chain environments. • Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain Top Secret or higher clearance level or program access after start date. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
