Future IT Leaders Program This role is part of the Future IT Leaders Program, a three-year rotational development program designed to support our future leadership pipelines. Early Careers complete three 12-month assignments across Corporate IT Shared Services, gaining broad exposure to different technology teams, business challenges, platforms, and ways of working. Through hands-on delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and progressive ownership, Early Careers develop the technical breadth, business perspective, leadership capabilities, and enterprise network needed to grow into future IT leadership roles. Shape the future by making what matters better. ABOUT THE ROLE: Honeywell Technologies is hiring Recent Graduates from Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs to join our technology teams. In this role, you will work with engineers, analysts, IT architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to design, build, test, deploy, and support digital solutions. Assignments may include developing applications or APIs, automating business and IT workflows, creating dashboards, or troubleshooting incidents. You will be expected to understand business needs and learn to translate them into practical technical deliverables, communicate progress clearly, and take increasing ownership of outcomes while learning from experienced team members. Location: This position is located in Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC The exact worksite location will be selected based on business requirements and the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications. The annual base salary range for this position is $68,000/yr - $115,000/yr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
