Responsibilities: Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Manage hotel operations: Oversee the overall functioning of the property, with direct oversight of operational performance. Act as the General Manager delegate: Assume full operational leadership responsibilities in the absence of the General ManagerMaximize performance and satisfaction: Drive operational efficiency, profitability, and service excellence to ensure a high level of guest and team member satisfaction.
