Job description

The Executive Recruiter is responsible for leading end-to-end executive search activities for senior leadership positions across the organization, including Director and above leadership roles. The Executive Recruiter serves as a trusted advisor throughout the search process, delivering market intelligence, talent insights, succession planning support, and a high-touch candidate experience while ensuring diverse and inclusive hiring practices. The role reports into the Global Director of Executive Search.
