Your Role We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Associate to align with our Youth, Club & High School Sales teams, focused on driving operational efficiency, supporting deals and optimizing our go-to-market strategy. As a Revenue Operations Associate, you’ll: Guide. Run day-to-day sales operational activities and respond promptly to questions and concerns from front-line sales and customer success teams. Be consultative. Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership on how to best execute and improve our go-to-market strategy. Drive impact. Take ownership of change management projects and yearly planning activities, ensuring high-quality, measurable outcomes. Collaborate. Partner with stakeholders across departments to streamline processes, remove friction and help our teams hit ambitious growth goals. Location: Time spent collaborating with other Hudlies in-office will be a regular part of how you work. We’re currently prioritizing applicants within commuting distance of Lincoln, Nebraska. You’ll be expected to work more days in-office than remote, but will have the freedom to coordinate your specific in-office schedule with your team. Must-Haves • Proactive. Compensation The base salary range for this role is displayed below—starting salaries will typically fall near the middle of this range. We make compensation decisions based on an individual's experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices.
