Residential Security Program Manager, Executive Protection

The Protective Operations team at Apple manages the security of our most valuable asset: our people. As one of the most closely watched companies in the world, Apple has security needs that are broad and unique. This group develops solutions for issues across our global Executive Protection, Talent Protection, and Event Security functions. Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in residential security program management, executive protection, or related physical security roles Experience managing uniformed guard forces or residential security teams Strong understanding of integrated residential security technologies, including access control systems, CCTV, alarm systems, and security technology integration Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field Strong understanding of a broad range of residential security technologies and smart home platforms, including access control, intrusion alarm systems, video surveillance (CCTV), drones, and other integrated smart home and security technologies. Tech sector and leadership experience highly desirable Background in Executive Protection (EP) or residential security operations Experience in both public and private sector security roles Familiarity with high-net-worth or high-profile principal protection environments Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills, collaborative abilities, and strong attention to detail Experience managing multiple vendor relationships and contracts Excellent judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information Willingness to be available 24x7 and holidays as needed
