You will support signature tentpoles and always-on experiences that deepen engagement and create lasting cardmember value. As a Senior Associate, Experiential in Lifestyle, you support the strategy and execution of best-in-class experiences for Sapphire cardmembers, including cultural tentpoles, EEEEEATSCON, and restaurant-based events throughout the year. You coordinate agencies, partners, and internal teams to deliver polished events with strong operational discipline. You manage details end to end and help ensure experiences meet quality expectations and align with firm standards. Job responsibilitiesManage and support both external agencies, restaurant partners, and internal teams working across our event franchises including EEEEEATSCON (The Infatuation's multi-annual food festival) and our “Dinner on the” seriesPlan and coordinate logistics for all events, including scheduling meetings and drafting agendas, contract negotiations, guest lists, travel, run of show documents, talent and entertainment programming, transportation, equipment, decor, and marketing materialsBuild and grow client relationships across different business units within JPMorganChase as well as various external partners and brandsDrive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations set out by the Firm and ensure events are consistently adhering to PolicyOversee client experiences from conception through post-event, managing on-site preparations, production, and event breakdown, ensuring consistent, high-level service throughout all phasesServe as on-site point for all events, ensuring smooth event execution with the ability to troubleshoot conflicts that may ariseGenerate and deliver comprehensive recap reports Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years in a project management or experiential role within a complex and dynamic environmentPassionate about all things events, restaurants, and consumer experiences – always ensuring top service quality, client management, and event successStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levelsProficiency to identify issues and resolve them with a sense of urgency as a great team playerMust be flexible and able to deal with multiple, changing priorities independently with minimal supervision Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsFinancial services experience and familiarity with Chase Sapphire rewards and benefits a plus, but not requiredExperience working with restaurants or the hospitality industryFlexible to travel both domestically and internationally Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
