Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Senior Recruiter - Business Unit and Functions to join our Cummins Inc. team in Columbus, IN. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Lead end-to-end recruiting strategies that attract and secure top talent aligned with business priorities. - Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market engagement initiatives. - Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to drive efficient, high-quality hiring decisions. - Evaluate candidates using structured assessment methodologies to ensure alignment with role and organizational needs. - Champion compliance and process excellence throughout all stages of the recruitment lifecycle. - Leverage recruiting metrics and data insights to improve hiring outcomes and optimize talent acquisition performance. - Strengthen Cummins’ employer brand by contributing to talent attraction and employment branding initiatives. - Drive continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and recruiting project leadership.
