Software Engineer, Enterprise AI Capabilities

Job description

Design and implement scalable AI solutions for Google's enterprise functions leveraging our enterprise AI best practices and foundational building blocks. Collaborate with ML engineers and leads on developing reusable enterprise AI primitives. Drive innovation in AI and agentic solutions that help transform Google's business functions. Drive a strong partner with Product Managers/User Experience (PM/UX) in defining product roadmap and new feature scope. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall technical direction of the team. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in coding with Python. 5 years of experience with machine learning. 3 years of experience with distributed systems. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field. 5 years of experience working with Generative AI Agents. Experience using GCP or other Cloud services. Experience productionizing a service.
