Senior Fullstack Engineer

### About the Role This is a ground-floor engineering opportunity at an AI-native fintech SaaS company building modern financial planning and analysis tools for finance teams. You'll work closely with technical leadership to design and ship high-impact features across multiple product engineering teams, helping shape both the codebase and engineering culture at an early stage. ### What You'll Do - Partner with leadership and teammates to prioritize and execute on the product roadmap. - Design, develop, and own complex features and software components end to end. - Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested code with a strong focus on quality. - Help establish engineering best practices that lay the foundation for a high-performing team and culture. - Collaborate with Design and Operations teams to continuously improve the product. ### What We're Looking For - 5–10+ years of experience as a fullstack or strongly frontend-focused engineer. - Full-stack proficiency with **TypeScript** and **JavaScript** on the frontend and **Node.js** on the backend. - Solid experience building frontends with **React**. - Experience using **MongoDB** as an application database. - Familiarity with **BigQuery** for data analytics and querying large datasets. - Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**. - Experience with automated testing, test frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong collaboration skills working alongside senior technical leadership and cross-functional teams. - Interest in AI-focused product development across multiple engineering workstreams. - Ability to work remotely from the Americas and align with a fully remote work model. ### Compensation & Benefits Salary range: **$150,000–$220,000 USD annually**. Visa sponsorship is available for this role. ### Location Fully remote — open to candidates based in **Canada** or the United States.
