We're seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Technician who enjoys working with equipment, solving problems, and operating in a highly regulated production environment. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, quality, operations, maintenance, or other regulated industry experience who are looking to grow within pharmaceutical manufacturing. What You'll Do Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment Set up, clean, inspect, and maintain production equipment Execute manufacturing processes according to batch records and SOPs Complete GMP documentation, logbooks, checklists, and production records Troubleshoot routine equipment and process issues Perform operator care and basic maintenance activities Support investigations, change controls, and continuous improvement efforts Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements Work within classified manufacturing environments while wearing required PPE Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Minimum 2 years of experience within a regulated environment (GMP, GLP, ISO, FDA-regulated manufacturing, medical device, aerospace, food manufacturing, etc.) Experience working with quality systems, SOPs, controlled documentation, or production records Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and identify operational issues Comfortable using hand tools and performing equipment adjustments or minor repairs Basic computer skills and experience documenting work accurately Preferred Qualifications Pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing experience Experience operating production equipment Industrial manufacturing, maintenance, automotive repair, HVAC, machining, or similar hands-on mechanical experience Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, climb, and reach for extended periods Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. Ability to wear required PPE, including respirators, Tyvek suits, and other protective equipment
