Job description

Sanitation • This position will be responsible to tear down and assembly of equipment ensuring the complete cleaning and sanitation of production machinery and equipment utilizing proper usage and amounts of soaps, chemicals and other tools within the plant. Abides with full compliance with chemical and personal protective equipment including machinery and equipment lock out/tag out (LOTO) and BRC policies and procedures. • Disassemble and reassemble production equipment • Perform sanitation duties and functions by ensuring that plant/facility machinery, equipment, parts, cutting tools, and other accessories/items in designated areas are cleaned, washed, and sanitized according to company standards, guidelines, and procedures; General Manufacturing Practices (GMPs); and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and USDA regulations. • Utilize the proper usage and amount of only the approved soaps, chemicals, to safely clean equipm
