What You Will Do: • Work within a cross‑functional team and interface with customers and program leadership • Create and decompose requirements, define system interfaces, and determine verification and validation methods • Support system performance analysis, integration, and test activities • Conduct testing of optical and electrical components and integrated systems; collect and analyze performance data • Identify and resolve issues uncovered during testing; support design improvements and perform troubleshooting and calibration • Execute integration, verification, and validation testing and generate comprehensive test reports • Provide engineering support for test process development, baseline definition, and test architecture design What You Will Learn: You will contribute to Systems Engineering & Test Center (SE&TC) activities spanning the entire product development lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in system integration and testing while supporting critical projects Qualifications You Must Have: • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline (preferably Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or Physics) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant Systems engineering experience • System software, system hardware, system requirements, and/or testing • System hardware/software installation, integration, and troubleshooting • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance Qualifications We Prefer: • Active DoD Secret clearance • Willingness to travel (domestic/international) up to 25% • Experience in test environments and on government contracts • ATLAB, Python, scripting languages, and digital engineering tools (DOORS/DNG, Rhapsody, Cameo) • Background supporting integration, verification, and field/test facility activities • Ability to present technical analyses and solutions to leadership and customers • Use Monte Carlo simulation for system performance modeling • Diagnostic skills for identifying root causes, restoring functionality, and implementing preventative measures • Develop test procedures, reports, and troubleshooting complex • C++, Python, MATLAB, or similar programming languages What We Offer: • Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
