Job description

Define and operationalize product roadmaps by deeply understanding the needs, desires, and constraints of a various learner audience—ranging from primary school students to PhDs and lifelong learners. Work directly on the full Search AI stack to drive product development, leveraging prompt design, evaluations, experimentation, and GDM (Google DeepMind) model evolution. Develop product strategy with horizontal teams, determining which educational solutions require vertically deep, tailored execution versus broader, horizontal integration. Collaborate across the global education ecosystem to build and launch direct-to-consumer experiences, school and university solutions, and integrated third-party partnerships. Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation and launch to maintenance—partnering closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, UX, PgMs, and Data Scientists) to secure buy-in and achieve the overall product goal. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role. 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.). Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows. Experience launching products and conducting quantitative product analysis. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a technology or business related field. Experience on LLM prompt design, evaluation, and with working on algorithmic and experimentation-driven systems. Experience transforming user needs and research into well-designed product solutions and experience building high quality non-deterministic algorithmic solutions. Experience in education tech. Experience analyzing user metrics and experiments, and strong understanding of statistics.
