Job description

Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers while facilitating alignment on goals, outcomes, and timelines. Develop and evolve mid-term technical visions and roadmaps to meet future requirements and infrastructure needs. Design, develop, and deploy large-scale software solutions to solve ambiguous problems and enhance system capabilities. Guide system architecture by clarifying complex problems, assessing trade-offs, and vetting designs for cohesion and scalability. Drive engineering excellence through comprehensive testing, rigorous code reviews, and the implementation of best practices. Manage project lifecycles from planning to production monitoring including stakeholder engagement and issue resolution.
